PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of treating dungs by a simple method for use without directly touching the dungs to be discharged during a walk, etc. of a dog. SOLUTION: This tool for treating the dungs of the dog or the like is composed by attaching a ring (2) to one end of a handle (1), covering the ring (2) with a bag (6) and hooking holes (7) of a bag (6) on claws (3) attached to the ring (2) so that the bag (6) can be held.
