SUBSTANCE: complex includes apparatus for feeding elongated product, slit chamber, apparatus for removing asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits and fastening system. Complex also includes chamber for preliminarily steaming of gripping mechanism and cover with duct for supplying water-steam mixture. Steaming chamber is matched with slit chamber by means of cover. In slit chamber there is conveyer for moving product and elastic wave vibrator. Apparatus for removing asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits has bubbling chamber with end plates for collecting water-steam mixture and with ducts for countercurrent feeding of hot water and compressed air; said apparatus also has generator for forming vortex flow of water-steam mixture in working zone for countercurrent agitating in bubbling chamber with compressed air and hot water. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, improved quality of stable cleaning with subsequent applying of corrosion-proof coating onto outer surface of article, enhanced ecology due to recovery of waste of cleaning process. 5 cl, 5 dwg |
