PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient advertisement method. SOLUTION: A user 1 forms and sends a mail by means of a cellular phone 50 and selects advertisement information to be attached to the mail so as to designate the selected advertisement information to a service providing server 10. The service providing server 10 informs a URL matching the mail to a personal computer 70 of a user 2. The user 2 designates the URL by means of the personal computer 70 for accessing the service providing server 10. The user 2 can view a mail with attached advertisement by means of the personal computer 70. The user 1 selects an advertisement image suitable for a viewer among the first - third advertisement information by means of the cellular phone 50, so that a good advertisement can be provided for the viewer.
