PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform floor heating of individual rooms. SOLUTION: A floor heater is provided with a floor heating remote controller 81 for controlling heating operation of an entire room, a west side W of the room and an east side E of the room. When a partial heating switch 88 of the controller 81 is pressed, the floor heating operation conditions in the west side W and the east side E are indicated on a display 84. Switching-on/off of the floor heating operation or change of set temperature of the west side W and the east side E is effected by pressing an operation switch 85 or an up-and-down switch 86, so that the room can be partially heated.
