PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having low cost, excellent workability and using a laminated body of adhesion layer and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device wherein plural films each having at least an electrode and connected with a liquid crystal panel and circuit boards are adhesively fixed by the adhesion layers and electrode terminals of the films having at least the electrode and electrode terminals of the circuit boards are electrically connected with each other is characterized in that the adhesion layers are formed over the plurally connected circuit boards corresponding to prescribed positions.
