PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rotating a rotor 4 by using a nature of a flywheel, gravity and taxis of a magnet. SOLUTION: An unmovable magnet 3 is fixed at a position on a rotary shaft 2 of a base 1 as a center thereof. A movable magnet 5 is fixed on a line connecting a diameter of a rotor 4 from an end thereof. The rotor 4 is attached on the rotary shaft 2. At that moment, a small space is provided between the unmovable magnet 3 and the rotor 4. Thus assembled equipment is used by stably standing it vertically to a plane with a bottom portion 7 laid underneath.
