PURPOSE: An intake device of an engine is provided to improve the quality and the reliability of a vehicle by preventing including the engine from being stopped though an accelerating pedal is released during a traveling. CONSTITUTION: An intake device comprises a pressurizing portion(7) to be pressurized by contacting with a bobbin(3) being returned; an elastic member including of a compression coil spring(9) to elastically support the pressurizing portion(7); a shaft(11) to support the elastic member; and a spring(13) to elastically supporting the shaft(11). In rapidly releasing an accelerating pedal, the pressurizing portion(7) is pressurized by making contact with the bobbin(3) being returned. The pressurizing portion(7) is pushed by slowly pushing through the compression coil spring(9). In completely pushing the pressurizing portion(7) , external air is inserted by converting to an air amount of an idle state.
