SOLUTION: An interposed substance 8 comprising a photo-curable resin is poured into gaps 6, 7 in a centrifugal or thrust direction of an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2 generated by a processing accuracy of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 of the structure 3 comprising the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 or an eccentricity A of a center 4 of the inner ring and a center 5 of the outer ring and is solidified. At that time, the interposed substance 8 has a property shrunk after the solidification and a material of the inner ring 1 is made to a non-adhesive property at a part contacted with the interposed substance 8 or a whole material of the inner ring 1 is made to a non- adhesive property against the interposed substance 8. Thereby, a gap size between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 is not limited and a gap 10 after the adjustment required by the inner ring 1 at the time of starting or rotating is simply obtained.
