Railway wagon has low platform (5) and movable loading platform (4) which can be raised and lowered to and from wagons ends. Loading platform has on its sides longitudinal supports (8) designed for offloading and to maintain at a constant level the platform (4) supporting the load. Wagons end parts have longitudinal supports (9) designed, when platforms are level and equalized, to hold the platform ends for safe passage of road vehicles. During loading and offloading the wagon is shunted into a bay whose upper level is at the level of the of the wagon fixed end supports.
