PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically variable security device.SOLUTION: Provided is a security device comprising at least first and second superposed optically variable effect generating structures (3-5, 3'-5'). Each of the structures has a surface relief microstructure. The second optically variable effect generating structure is viewable through the first structure.
