PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which exhibits an efficient cleaning capacity by using a photocatalyst even when sewage of high turbidity is treated and by which a cleaning apparatus itself can be easily installed. SOLUTION: A photocatalyst and a light source device are integrated by a case 3, which has a movable and portable size and structure allowing the case to be direct thrown into the sewage and installed therein. Thereby this apparatus can be easily mounted to an existing cleaning apparatus so as to make an additional change in the existing device.
