PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an initial response characteristic at the time of steering by suppressing torsion deformation of a bead part. SOLUTION: Carcass includes an inner carcass ply provided integrally with ply folding parts on both sides of a ply body part and an outer carcass ply wound down at the outside of the inner carcass ply. The bead part is provide with a U-shaped first bead reinforcing layer provided with an inner winding-up part and an outer winding-up part wound up adjacently to dead apex rubber and a second bead reinforcing layer having at least an outside piece part overlapping with the outer winding-up part at a tire shaft direction outside, on both sides of a base part passing a bottom surface of a bead core. In the first bead reinforcing layer and the second bead reinforcing layer, reinforcing cords are intersected each other. |
