PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for rolled paper capable of preventing exposure of the rolled paper to the air while installing the rolled paper on a printer, a printing device and a printing system. SOLUTION: The holder for the rolled paper to hold the rolled paper to be used as a recording medium at the time of applying a specified record in an ink-jet method is furnished with a recoding surface protecting means to protect a recording surface by covering almost all of an outer surface of the rolled paper.
