PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed composite material for interior finishing for automobile having a light weight, high rigidity and excellent dimensional stability and capable of recycling and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the foamed composite material for interior finishing the automobile comprises the steps of molding a composition for forming a foamable sheet containing a propylene resin (A) of 100 pts.wt. containing an ethylene propylene copolymer segment having a limiting viscosity of 2 to 8 dl/g of 3 to 30 wt.% and a crystalline polypropylene segment of 70 to 97 wt.% and an ethylene content of 3 to 30 mole %, a radical generating agent (B) of 0.01 to 0.1 pts.wt., a crosslinking assistant (C) of 0.1 to 5 pts.wt., and a foaming agent (D) of 2 to 5 pts.wt. in a sheet-like state at a temperature for not decomposing the agent (D), adhering and integrating a nonwoven fabric (E) containing glass fibers as a main component to and with at least one side surface of the obtained foamable sheet, then heating the sheet to a temperature for decomposing the agent (D) to form the agent, then placing a skin material before cooling and solidifying the sheet, and press molding the sheet.
