PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely complete delivery operation in a delivery device for a torsion coil spring. SOLUTION: A boss 3 like circular column for holding the torsion coil spring 1 at a fixed attitude in a holding body 2 by an automatic supply device and receiving the torsion coil spring 1, a pushing-in rod 10, and a raising arm 4 advance in synchronization, and the boss 3 is inserted into a coil part 1c by passing it through. By raising the raising arm 4 in the condition, arms 1a, 1b of the spring 1 are raised to wind up the spring 1 and hold it. The delivery operation is completed by retracting the boss 3, the raising arm 4, and the pushing-in rod 10 in synchronization.
