INJECTION MOLDING METHOD AND MACHINE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine having a relatively short molding cycle and good user's convenience though capable of molding a molded article having a large size or large volume. SOLUTION: The injection molding machine is constituted of a plasticator (1), a mold apparatus (10) and the injection plunger device (20) arranged between the plasticizer (1) and the mold apparatus (10). The injection plunger device (20) is constituted of first and second injection plunger units (21 and 21') and a pipeline changeover device (60) for appropriately changing over the resin passages between the plasticizer (1), the first and second injection plunger units (21 and 21'), and the mold apparatus (10). The first and second injection plunger units (21 and 21') are opposed to each other on both sides of the pipeline changeover device (60), and the plasticizer (1) and the mold apparatus (10) are provided so as to be opposed to each other on both other sides thereof.
