METHOD FOR COUPLING SHADOW MASK OF CATHODE RAY TUBE

PURPOSE: A method for coupling a shadow mask of a cathode ray tube is provided to reduce manpower by transferring automatically each component and improve the quality of products by controlling each position of the products. CONSTITUTION: A blackening furnace process is performed(1). A frame is unloaded from the blackening furnace and a frame lifting process is performed by using a frame lifter(2). A spring is welded to the blackened frame(3). A shadow mask is inserted into the frame(4). A shadow mask-frame assembly is formed by performing a welding process for the shadow mask and the frame(5). The shadow mask-frame assembly is mounted into a panel(6). A difference between the shadow mask and an inner face of the panel is identified by measuring a position of the shadow mask(7).
