PRODUCTION OF CIRCULAR KNITTED FABRIC OF POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE MICROFIBER AND CIRCULAR KNITTED FABRIC OF POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE MICROFIBER THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled circular knitted fabric by knitting a polyethylene terephthalate microfiber multifilament and a spandex filament in a single circular knitting machine is provided. Whereby, a spandex circular knitted fabric has improved fastness, excellent elastic recovery, feeling and external appearance. CONSTITUTION: A microfiber multifilament of polyethylene terephthalate having a total fineness of 50 to 80 denier and a filament number of 192 to 204 and a spandex filament having a total fineness of 20 to 30 deniers are knitted in a knitting ratio of 88 to 12 to 90 to 10 in a single circular knitting machine under conditions of a needle density of 28 filaments/inch, a course density of 50 to 80 filaments/inch and a knitting speed of 10 to 18 rpm.
