SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing preliminarily prepared apple pulp, black currant pulp, bee honey, salt, fried ground almond nut core, eleutherococcus extract, lipid-containing extract of Pythium catenulatum microorganism biomass, cooked rice groats and water; homogenizing resulting mixture and subjecting to sublimation drying until moisture content is below 3.5%; grinding and packing ground mixture in aseptic conditions under vacuum into hermetically sealed package made from composite film material of Maylar type. Mixture is prepared from components used in the following amounts, wt%: apple pulp 102600-113710; black currant pulp 36140-40053; bee honey 58139-64436; salt 419-465; fried ground almond nut core 13632-18466; eleutherococcus extract 510-570; lipid-containing extract of Pythium catenulatum microorganism biomass 100-104; cooked rice groats 26853-30690; water 144550-179200. Method allows novel food product with improved balance of basic nutrient substances to be obtained. Such food is adapted for use under independent subsistence conditions. EFFECT: improved quality and wider range of products. |
