The invention provides human enzymes involved in glycoprotein and glycolipid metabolism (GLYCOS) and polynucleotides which identify and encode GLYCOS. The invention also provides expression vectors, host cells, antibodies, agonists, and antagonists. The invention also provides methods for diagnosing, treating, or preventing disorder associated with aberrant expression of GLYCOS.
