PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of simultaneously referring to and approving plural concerned electronic documents. SOLUTION: In the document approving method for approving the contents of circulated electronic documents, this method has a step for accepting an entry showing an electronic document selected as an approval target and for acquiring the document data of the relevant electronic document from a document storage means storing the document data of electronic documents, a step for displaying the contents of the read document data on an approval data display area, a step for accepting an entry instructing the approval of the displayed document data and for generating authentication information showing that the contents of the relevant document data are approved, and a step for adding the generated authentication information to the document data and generating document data, in which the document data and the authentication information are integrated, after approval. |
