Housing is made rectangular. Milk chamber is defined by two perforated inserts, which divide steam chamber into two rectangular sections. Perforated inserts are made from material with low heat conduction coefficient. Whey supply and discharge branch pipes are equipped with flare portions making transition parts from circular section to rectangular section. Longitudinal partition wall in rectangular channel divides it into two channels, with steam openings being positioned at one side. Partition wall has longitudinal ribs enabling directed flow of whey along channel. Apparatus of such construction allows burning-on to be eliminated.
