PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ON/OFF switching system for inputting Japanese that may bring about stress due to different inputting mode during punching. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a switching pedal 2 connected to interface 10 of the input side of computer, and a CPU 3 that monitors a pedal on signal from the switching pedal 2 according to a program and practices various types of controls with controlling behaviors of IME according to the result of monitoring pedal on signal, and a storage device 4 that stores the said program. While a puncher steps on the switching pedal 2, it is half size mode. While the puncher doesn't step on the pedal 2, it is full size mode. So, the puncher can be aware of the present inputting mode apparently by following through on physical behavior of the puncher that is to step on the pedal 2 with his own foot. |
