PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light bag and its structuring method, the light bag comprising a lantern with an excellent tone and being harmless to the environment, and a frame material and the lantern comprising the light bag. SOLUTION: The light bag comprises at least a cover and the frame material. When the color specification value of the cover is to be L*=L0, a*=a0, b*=b0, and the permeability of the cover is to be K, the frame material is made of synthetic fiber and has the color specification value defined by the inequality (L0-2)<=L*, (a0-3).2.K<=a*<=(a0+3).2.K, (b0-6).2.K<=b*<=(b0+3).2.K.
