PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an excellent image with reducing deviation of storing time of photoelectric charge among imaging areas. SOLUTION: In a solid-state imaging apparatus with a plurality of imaging areas having pixels which are laid out two-dimensionally on the same semiconductor chip, a means to supply signals sequentially or simultaneously to some of the pixels which are laid out in each of the same row and column of the imaging areas and a means to sequentially output to the outside signals read out in response to the supplied signals, are equipped plurally, respectively.
