PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch system that can easily reconnect a call to an original speech path even when an original speech state is interrupted in the case of transferring the call in a speech state to another external line or an extension. SOLUTION: In a state that a speech path of a call between an external line 1 (or a 1st line) and a call center 5 (or a 2nd line) is formed, when a switch section receives a transfer request of the call to an external transfer destination 6 (or a 3rd line) from the call center 5, the switch section connects the external line 1 to the external line transfer destination 6, and reconnects the external line 1 to the call center 5 when the speech between the external line 1 and the external line transfer destination 6 is finished.
