PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irreversible circuit device and a communication device which are simply structured so as to be easily assembled and handled at a low cost and in high reliability. SOLUTION: A resin member 30 is arranged between a permanent magnet 9 and a resistive device R, a matching capacitive element C3 and the like. The port P3 of a center electrode is electrically connected to the resistive element R and the matching capacitive element C3 on the top surfaces of the resistive element R and the matching capacitive element C3. A projection 31 nearly as high as the thickness of the port P3 of the center electrode is formed on the underside of the resin member 30.
