PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve cost reduction by eliminating the adhesion failure associated with assembly using an adhesive and by eliminating the curing step of the adhesive. SOLUTION: The assembly of a reel hub (12) and a pair of flanges (16, 17) is performed by press fitting. The reel hub (12) has an outer cylindrical part (121), an inner cylindrical part (122) to which press fitting of a pair of flanges is performed, and a circular ring-shaped bridging part (123) which crosslinks the inner cylindrical part and outer cylindrical part at the central part. A pair of flanges (16, 17) have respective disk parts (161, 171) and annular protrusions (163, 173) projected toward the inner side along the rotation axis on the inner periphery edge of these disk parts so that a circular opening is defined. Press fitting is performed by using the inner cylindrical part of the reel hub and annular protrusions of a pair of the flanges. Press fitting guide grooves (122a, 122b) are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical part, and protrusions (163a, 173a) for press fitting guides are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the annular protrusions.
