<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system which manages manifest information, accompanying the confirmation of the contents of wastes, needed to issue a manifest in the discharge, collection and transportation, intermediate processing, and final disposal of the wastes through the Internet and a global positioning system(GPS). SOLUTION: In processes for discharging, collecting and transporting, intermediately processing, and finally disposal of the wastes, manifest registration information, manifest issue request registration information, manifest modification information, transportation information, valuable matter actual quantity information, transporting vehicle arrival place figure image information, wastes image information, wastes reception information, and wastes disposal completion information are registered in a database, and manifest information on the wastes is managed.</p> |
