<p>The present invention provides a paper conversion dispenser machine (10) for converting sheet-like material (22) into a relatively low density cushioning dunnage product (24). The machine (10) comprises a stock supplying assembly (20) that supplies at least stock paper roll (21), a shaping member (30) for crumpling and converting sheet-like material (22) of the roll(s) (21) into a three-dimensional shape that consists of a pre-entry section (40) for guiding and reducing the sheet-like material (22) of a supplied width to a narrower width non linear crumpled stream of paper (23), and an entry section (50) in order to guide and reduce said crumpled stream (23) down to an even narrower width relatively low density cushioning dunnage product (24), a guiding tunnel (60) of a substantially rectangular cross section, a feed mechanism (70) with driving rollers (72, 73) for driving the stock material (22) through the shaping member (30) and an automatic cutting set (80) for cutting the dunnage product (24).</p> |
