PURPOSE: A portable personal information management device is provided to inform a user of the necessary preparatory matters and an important appointment by outputting the stored data on a preset date. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a controller(101) displaying a data input/output screen according to an input command of the user, storing the inputted data, outputting the stored data on a preset day and time according to a preset condition, and controlling entire device, a memory(105) storing a control program and the data, a key pad(102) having a plurality of function keys to input a command and the data, an LCD driver(107) driving an LCD panel(108) by the controller, a speaker driver(109) outputting an alarm sound through a speaker(110) by the controller, a touch screen detector(104) generating and outputting the coordinates value of a touch screen(103) by attaching to the LCD panel, a PC connector(113) transmitting the data to a PC, and a power supply(106).
