PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of excellent productivity for producing cyclohexanone, cyclohexanol and/or cyclohexyl hydroperoxide. SOLUTION: Cyclohexane is brought into contact with molecular oxygen in the presence of N-hydroxy cyclic imide and a transition metal compound in a solvent of >=7 dielectric constant at 25 deg.C in an amount of 10-80 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of cyclohexane.
