SOLUTION: When the user 5 of the equipment 9 conducts a trial run of the equipment 9, the user 5 requests the server computer 3 of the control system 1 to set trial run information and makes the trial run through the network 21. When the equipment 9 malfunctions during the operation, the equipment 9 transmits error information to the server computer 3 through the network 21, and the computer 3 informs a user-side computer 7 of an error message. |
