PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in cold impact resistance, thermal stability, weld-line strength, heat resistance, workability and appearance. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition consists of (A) 45-95 parts by weight of thermoplastic polycarbonate resin; (B) 1-50 part(s) by weight of rubber modified styrene-based graft copolymer obtained by graft polymerizing (b1) 5-95 parts by weight of a monomer mixture consisting of 50-95 wt% of styrene, alpha-methylstyrene, halogen or alkyl-substituted styrene, or mixture thereof and 50-5 wt% of acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, maleic anhydride, C1-4 alkyl or phenyl N-substituted maleimide, or mixture thereof, to (b2) 95-5 parts by weight of polymer selected from any one of butadiene rubber, acryl rubber, ethylene/propylene rubber, styrene/butadiene rubber, acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, terpolymer of ethylene-propylene-diene(EPDM), polyorganosiloxane/polyalkyl(meth)acrylate rubber composite, or mixture thereof; (C) 0.5-50 parts by weight of styrene-based copolymer consisting of (c1) 50-95 wt% of styrene, alpha-methylstyrene, halogen or alkyl-substituted styrene, or mixture thereof and (c2) 50-5 wt% of acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, maleic anhydride, C1-4 alkyl or phenyl N-substituted maleimide, or mixture thereof; and (D) 0.5-50 parts by weight of methacrylic acid or acrylic acid ester based copolymer of (d1) 55-90 wt% of C1-8 methacrylic acid alkylesters, C1-8 acrylic acid alkyl esters or mixture thereof, (d2) 5-55 wt% of styrene, alpha-methylstyrene, halogen or alkyl-substituted styrene, or mixture thereof, and (d3) 1-20 wt% of acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile or mixture thereof. |
