PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device decreased in the space of non-liquid crystal display part of a substrate on which a liquid crystal display part is arranged, decreased in the yield of the manufacture, and decreased in the manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device 12, a liquid crystal display panel 16 provided with a liquid crystal display part 15 is formed, and on a glass substrate 13 of this liquid crystal panel 16, a driver IC 17 is arranged in the non-liquid crystal display part on the glass substrate 13. Further, input electrode pads 8 are arranged in an arrangement area 7 of the driver IC 17, which are consisting of power supply input electrode pads 8a and signal input electrode pads 8b. The power supply input electrode pads 8a are arranged on both ends of the group of the input electrode pads 8, and a part (bus lines 27) of bus lines 10 is led into the arrangement area 7 of the driver IC 17 and is thereby connected with the other power supply input electrode pads 8a.
