PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic inclined material which can suitably be used for various electric and electronic components by having inclinationally the characteristics such as a dielectricity and thermal expansion or the like. SOLUTION: This material is a composite obtained by dispersing a particle 1 comprising ceramic or metal into a matrix 2 comprising plastics. In the material, the density of particle 1 dispersed in matrix 2 changes continuously or discontinuously and the characteristics of the composite are inclined.
