PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food refrigerating and heating system suitable for a cooking and chilling system. SOLUTION: The food refrigerating and heating system comprises a box body, racks disposed in the box body, an induction heater with an induction heating coil for heating the food placed on the tableware provide with a heat generating member for generating heat by an electromagnetic induction in which the heat generating member is heated and a cooling device for cooling the box body. At least one kind of heat generating member for generating heat by the electromagnetic induction is wrapped in a resin. The food heating tableware has the thickness of a resin layer outside the heat generating member larger than that inside the heat generating member. The heat generating member attached to the food heating tableware is buried only in the bottom part of the food heating tableware.
