PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe carcinometastasis inhibitor having no side effect and having excellent metastasis inhibitory effect on oncocytes, and to prepare foods/drinks containing the inhibitor. SOLUTION: This carcinometastasis inhibitor comprises, as the active ingredient, an extract obtained by putting cacao beans and/or the outer coats thereof to extraction with an aqueous alkaline solution.
