PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a high mechanical strength and surface lubricating property even after it is used for a long time and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having good electrophotographic characteristics, good coating property and a long pot life of the coating material in the manufacture process and hardly causing distortion even in a general cleaning blade. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a supporting body and a photosensitive layer, the surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a polyarylate having a repeating unit of a specified structure, a polycarbonate having a repeating unit of a specified structure, a copolymer having three kinds of repeating units of specified structures, and a graft polymer having polymerizable monomers having silicon atoms in the side chains as the structural component.
