PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combustion equipment, which has an improved thermal efficiency, and is developed by improving combustion equipment using kerosene as fuel, preventing temperature rise in the outer wall without causing an excessive temperature drop of a combustion gas. SOLUTION: The combustion equipment comprises a burner-port base 36 and a distributing member 35 combined therewith, having holes 89 and 90, and an area larger then that of the burner-port distribution part of the base 36. When the distributing member 35 is fit to the base 36, the outside holes 90 among the holes 89 and 90 on the member 35 fall in the part coming off the base 36. The holes 90 communicate with an air flow-path 101 formed between a housing 122 and a heat-insulating wall 85. The inside holes 89 communicate with an air flow-path 103 formed between an outside combustion wall 41 of the burner-port base 36 and the heat-insulating wall 85. The air flowing in the flow-paths 101 and 103 cools the housing 122 and the heat-insulating wall 85.
