PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a fuel injection hole of a fuel injection valve and to arbitrarily determine an expanding angle of fuel spraying form. SOLUTION: In this fuel injection valve comprising a valve seat member 3 having a valve seat 8 and a valve hole 7 penetrated through a central part, and an injector plate 10 having plural fuel injection holes 11 annularly arranged around an axis A of the valve hole 7, and abutted on an outer edge face of the valve seat member 3, and provided with a fuel diffusion chamber 41 to which the valve hole 7 and all of fuel injection holes 11 are faced, between the valve seat member 3 and the injector plate 10, plural fuel injection holes 11 are formed in parallel with the axis A of the valve hole 7, and an expanding angleαof the fuel spraying form formed by the injected fuel from all of the fuel injection holes 11 is determined on the basis of a center distance R between the valve hole 7 and each of fuel injection holes 11.
