<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry pinhole test system with high reliability for a rubber glove. SOLUTION: The pinhole test system 50 is composed of a case 2 having an aperture section 1, an air picker 5 having a tube-like rubber body 3 that is disposed on the aperture section 1 and expanded/contracted by inner pressure, a compressed air supply means K supplying compressed air A1, A2 being regulated into the rubber glove 20 to be tested that is set on inner and peripheral sections of the tube-like rubber body 3 of the air picker 5, a pressure sensor 7 detecting the inner pressure of the rubber glove 20, a digital panel controller 8 used as a processing device that calculates the pressure from outputs of the pressure sensor 7 and sets the pressure in the compressed air supply means K, and a personal computer 10 used as a calculating device that receives outputs from the digital panel controller 8 and carries out good/bad judgements based on the variation per hour of the pressure in the rubber glove and outputs the result. The variation per hour of the pressure in the rubber glove 20 is divided into a plurality of timing steps, and the pressure at each timing step is compared with each reference, and the good/bad judgements are carried out using the comparison data.</p> |
