PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle equipped with an advertising device enabling an advertising medium shown on the vehicle body to be seen even when the vehicle is running at night thereby sufficiently fulfilling the advertising function of a running vehicle provided with an advertising medium, and capable of being manufactured easily and at low cost. SOLUTION: A foundation frame 10 is fixed on the undercarriage of the vehicle, sheet supports 12 are provided outside the left, right, upper and lower parts of the foundation frame 10, a sheet 16 showing an advertising medium is provided in a tensioned state outside the sheet supports 12, and a light source 15 is provided between the sheet 16 and the foundation frame 10.
