PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacking type upper dashboard with a magnifying glass, capable of developing a way to move a car navigation monitor to the front of a driver, by packing and installing a car navigation monitor so that it can stay within a limited height range in the upper part of the dashboard at the front of the driver, and by making a miniaturized monitor well visible by magnifying it. SOLUTION: This stacking type upper dashboard with a magnifying glass is composed of a stacking type upper dashboard in which upper dashboards are stacked so as to pile up on the upper part of the dashboard located 25 cm-30 cm back from the position of a steering wheel, its upper end is made to stay almost at the height of a line looking ahead to the tip of a bonnet, and its lower end is made to stay almost at the height of a line looking ahead to the top of the steering wheel, and the magnifying glass disposed at the distance of 0.5 cm-3 cm this side of the monitor by standing it so as to make it parallel to the monitor.
