PURPOSE: A low noise hot blast heater is provided to minimize emission of noise generated in a fan to outside by installing a sound insulation plate with a plurality of outlets. CONSTITUTION: A hot blast heater comprises a blower device(10); a heating device(20); and a sound insulation device(30). The blower device has a plurality of air holes(12) with filtering nets(13) formed around a first body(11), whose upper end is close, lower end is open, upper part is narrower and lower part is hider, and a fan(1) installed on an end of a rotary shaft of a power unit(2) installed on an upper part thereof. The heating device has a second body(21), whose upper part is narrower and lower part is wider, coupled with a lower part of the blower device, a heating unit temperature sensor(22) installed on an inner surface of the second body and a heating unit(40) installed on a lower part thereof. The sound insulation device has a third body(31), whose upper part is narrower and lower part is wider, coupled to a lower part of the second body and a sound insulation plate(50), with a plurality of outlets(51) and a packing(60), inserted around the sound insulation plate, installed to a lower part of the third body.
