In the ABSplus mode, the select-low control strategy is modified. As long as the pre-pressure (pHZ) remains below a given threshold (pmin), select-low control is replaced by individual control. On exceeding this lower pressure threshold, with continuing ABSplus mode, a modified select-low control is undertaken, in which braking pressure is greater on the outer wheel than the inner, with respect to the curve. In addition, when a second, higher pressure threshold (pmax) is exceeded in the ABSplus mode, braking pressure at the rear wheels accords purely with the Select-Low control strategy.
