The partitioning element comprises an inflatable seal (2) with a cavity (3) for containing the gas pipe. The seal, made or fiber-reinforced special rubber, encloses a plastic or rubber plate (10) by means of its U-shape and is vulcanized onto the plate. The cavity includes an incision (4) extending from an outer edge (6c) of the inflatable seal to the cavity. The seal has at least one gas inlet /outlet (7a,7b) connected to a generator (20) of pressure and vacuum. The seal contains at least one ventilation pipe (8) with openings (9).
