PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic processing method and an electrolytic processing device in which an outstanding reduction of a sludge conversion rate is realized in an organic waste water processing facility, a problem of smell of generated sludge does not exist, a dehydration property is also sufficient and a reliability is high at a continuity of these effects. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic processing device of sludge, a part of sludge removed out from an organic waste water processing facility is subjected to electrolytic processing in an electrolytic tank 4 and is returned to an aeration tank 2 of the processing facility or a front stage as compared with the aeration tank 2. At least one part of an anode for the electrolytic processing comprises at least one kind of element selected from among a group IV of a periodic table, a group VIII of a periodic table, antimony and bismuth. The electrolytic processing device has the following (1) and/or (2): (1) a vibration means for vibrating the anode and (2) a heating means for heating the sludge introduced to the electrolytic tank 4.
