PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelvis pressing tool capable of securing the great effect of treatment by allowing a passing surface to appropriately face a region to be pressed in either of two attitudes, that is, the attitude such as to lie on a person's while holding his or her knees and the attitude such as to lie on his or her back backward in an upright sitting posture. SOLUTION: In the pelvis pressing implement 1 for treatment for lumbago, the lumbar region of the person to be treated is supported above a floor surface 2, and the region to be pressed is pressed by supporting parts 3 and 4 with the reaction force of the pelvis against gravity. In the implement 1, there are juxtaposed a low supporting part 3 relatively lowering a height from the floor surface 2 to a top surface 5 and a high supporting part 4 relatively raising the height from the floor surface 2 to the top surface 10. A section from the top surface 5 of the supporting part 3 to the floor surface 2 is composed of an arc-shaped surface, and intermediate section between the top surface 5 and the floor surface 2 is protruded outward, and a space 8 is formed between the lower side of a protrusion 7 and the floor surface 2.
