CAP AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME, AND DRUG CONTAINER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap, which can be pierced through even with a piercing tool whose end is not sharp and eliminate liquid leakage from a tap body when pierced through with the piercing tool or after the piercing tool it pulled out, and a manufacturing method for the cap, and a drug container using the cap. SOLUTION: The cap 10 is provided with an outer frame body 11, which is provided with an approximately cylindrical hollow part 12, and an approximately cylindrical elastic body 14 for sealing the hollow part 12. Pressure is applied to the elastic body 14 in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the cap 10 (the elastic body 14) by a wedge 21 pressed into a gap (a press-in section 18) between the inner peripheral surface 12a of the hollow part 12 and the outer peripheral surface 14c of the elastic body 14. The pressure allows a pore 15a to undergo compressive deformation for the purpose of forming a slit extended in the axial direction of the elastic body 14 and blocked by a thin part 16 at the side end of the top surface 14a of the elastic body 14.
